Company History Profile

SAC Designs LLP is providing professional, client-focused architectural design services to diverse projects throughout the country from Himachal Pradesh to Tamil Nadu, from Assam to Gujarat, based out of Delhi. SAC has been pioneering in the field of design and focused execution having technical and varied expertise.

SAC Designs is the brainchild of two Architect and Urban Planners who have a collective work experience of over 21 years in the industry, working with both private and government sectors, are now building upon that gained experience and knowledge to pursue their passion and interest in the design field.

SAC Designs is a consortium of Architects and Urban Planners to provide an experience of a kind for your spatial planning. Years of working and expertise provides better understanding and help in delivering the best solutions.

Our Background

Kshitij Mehra

Architect | Planner

Alumni of the SIST, Chennai and School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, his primary area of specialization is Sustainable Master Planning solutions specific to site needs of any area. He incorporates climate responsive designs along with elements of sustainability for enhanced comfort solutions and longevity. He has a larger kitty of working domestic as well as international and has been recognized for incorporating design solutions towards sustainability. He has an experience of working with both private and government sectors, on various projects ranging from Master Planning, Transit-oriented Development (TOD) policies, Housing for All, etc., before starting his entrepreneurial journey. He leads the Planning and Design Operations at SAC Designs and makes sure to indulge in site operations given the very first chance. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI) (Delhi Chapter) and an Associate Member of Council of Architecture (COA).

Sugandha Chawla

Architect | Planner

An Indian Institute of Technology and School of Planning and Architecture alumni, with varied academic, training and professional experiences of projects ranging from design of residential and commercial spaces, automated multi-level car parking facilities, to Policy formulation for land development in PPP mode; she has previously worked with Urban Development Directorate Uttarakhand and Delhi Development Authority before moving on to her own start-up idea. She leads the core design team at SAC Designs and never misses an opportunity for the inner researcher to shine through. Her key interests in the field of energy conscious architecture and her holistic approach towards sustainability help in solving complex issues with simplistic design. Sugandha is an Associate Member of Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI) (Delhi Chapter) and an Associate Member of Council of Architecture (COA).
